The staff members were helpful and accommodating .
The room was significantly smaller than expected, lacking natural light and having a window that opened into the corridor, uncomfortable at night. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, and I had trouble adjusting it to a comfortable temperature. The breakfast options were limited and monotonous, less enjoyable, especially for a longer stay.

The Hotel location is excellent
The Hotel has two different room options (Standards and prices), ant it is not clear in the website, in additional the pictures show only the bed area. Definitely it has the worst bathroom that I have ever seem (area and layout) and I have no words to discribe the decoration and bed sheet and blanket.

The breakfast for Argentina. Our room was big size, provided with a balcony as well as window to interior. Location: the hotel was right by a restaurant with big windows on the street and the main avenues and the subte and to the airport Aeroparque. The overall experience was SUCH GREAT, really enjoyed our stay very much and would come there again.

Super convenient location near San Telmo, and the staff were really helpful with my bags. The room was cozy, and I enjoyed the hot shower after a long day. Just watch out for parking fees-they surprised me at checkout.

The bathroom was very nice and the rooms were very clean with a good location.
The windows are not soundproof therefore the street noise was very loud. The beds were also a little firm for my taste.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Silent wonderful rooms with a balcony and window to interior, for instance;))

Cozy stay with friendly staff
The friendly staff was consistently helpful, and the location was conveniently close to major attractions. Breakfast was decent enough to start the day.
The standard room felt a bit small and lacked natural light, with windows leading to the interior hallway, which compromised privacy. The Wi-Fi was hit or miss in the rooms.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very well located, near two Underground station and not so far from the city center.
The hotel is enought noisy (it's on the tube way) and some rooms are without window.

The breakfast was good as well as the location and the staff was attentive.
The towels were clean but with stains and two long hairs on them. Worst though was that there wasn't any shower curtain in the bathroom, so that when you showered the whole bathroom was flooded. If you don't mind that it was a pretty good low standard hotel.

I loved my cozy Standard Double Room! It was functional for my city adventures, located near iconic spots like the Obelisco and bustling restaurants. The balcony view was a wonderful bonus.

This hotel woudl ve been great if only they hadn't tried to overcharge me upon arrival. Room was tiny and the sink leaked, but I suppose that's what I get for expecting a nice stay in such a lovely city. I almost rated it highly, but that'd be too generous.
